This site is operated by Ryan Penley as part of My Rock Bottom Recovery and The Next Fix podcast. This policy explains what information is collected, why it is used, and how to contact me about it.

Information you provide

If you join The 21-Day Comeback, you provide your first name and email address. The site also saves basic submission context, such as where the signup came from, so the challenge can be improved without exposing personal details in public links.

If you apply to be a guest on The Next Fix, you provide your name, email address, and the story details you choose to share. This can include your background, comeback story, suggested topics, listener takeaway, links you provide, and how you might help share the episode.

The public challenge signup is handled on this site. Systeme.io is used behind the scenes only to create or update a contact, apply the canonical 21-Day Challenge tag, and retain the contact in the CRM.

Campaign and submission context

The site may preserve basic campaign details in links, including source, referrer, UTM tags, and CTA placement. This helps show which invitations and page sections lead to real submissions.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel load only if you choose “Allow analytics” in the consent banner. Google Analytics is configured to anonymize IP addresses. If you decline, those analytics scripts do not load.

How information is used

  • To deliver resources or follow up on submissions.
  • To give immediate access to the challenge app after signup.
  • To review podcast guest applications.
  • To plan, record, produce, and promote podcast episodes.
  • To send occasional email about new episodes, comeback resources, and opportunities if you opt in.
  • To understand what is useful and improve the site.

Your information is never sold.

Where information lives

Challenge signups and guest applications may be stored in databases hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure. Challenge contact details may be synced to Systeme.io for CRM contact retention and tag management. Analytics data, if you consent, is processed by Google and Meta under their own policies.

Third-party links

This site links to services such as Amazon, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and sometimes Systeme.io for administrative or downstream offers. Those services have their own privacy practices.

Your choices

  • Decline analytics in the consent banner.
  • Unsubscribe from email using the link in any message.
  • Email step@myrockbottomrecovery.com to access, correct, or delete information you submitted.
