The 21-Day Comeback is built around simple movement, sober momentum, and personal accountability. You are responsible for choosing activity that is appropriate for your health, ability, and situation. Stop if something feels unsafe and seek medical guidance when needed.

The challenge is not detox, addiction treatment, therapy, or emergency support. It is intended for people who are already sober, medically cleared, or supported by a qualified professional.
